Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We supply the official uniform from the Scout and Guide Associations and also the official uniform manufactured by David Luke.
We will aim to send your order to you in 2-5 business days. If any item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be notified of an estimated time of delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All prices shown on the site include VAT where applicable.

Secure Credit Card payments are taken by SECURE TRADING. We use the industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption for all our secure servers.
We collect personal data when you place an order on our website either through creating an account or using the guest checkout.
The Data we hold is your name, address and phone number and details of products you have ordered.
Your data will only be used to process any orders you place with us or to arrange refunds through our returns process.
We do not use your data for any marketing purposes and do not share your data with any other party except for Royal Mail for delivery purposes.
You have a right to withdraw your consent at any time for us to hold your data.
Scout & Guiding items can be returned within 28 days of date of purchase
As customers now and again return wrong sized items, you may receive an item which has been ‘tried on’. However we check all returned items to ensure they remain as new.
All items returned for refund must be received with tags in place and in re-saleable condition.
